Usually marriages that take place within a short period get through these processes easily provided they do not have any children or marital assets. It takes advantage of this simplified divorce. But if in case you have children or had got any marital assets at the time of marriage, then it’s not a surprise that the divorce might take a long time making it a frustrating action.
